We spent about 9hours today sorting through the stores aboard and upsettingly found that the loss was even more than we had realised. At the end of the day, very little is designed to be covered in seawater! Thankfully we had tried our best to buy more suitable packaging and this hopefully with the work we have done today and the quick emptying of the sea water has managed to save some of the stores.
We finished off our day relaxing in the last of the Sun light watching small fish leap out of the water presumably eating insects on the surface(?) Prize for guessing which kind of fish that is! We have no idea, and didn't think they looked worth catching for tea either...
